Started in January of 2023, Kind Kanvas is an organization dedicated to working with children from Autism Society Philippines (ASP) and giving them an output for their artistic talents. Every month, 20 kids of varying ages spend their Saturday mornings working alongside 1 teacher and 2 assistant teachers. During the 3-hour session, they’re given instructions on how to create different pieces of art while being given free reign to use whatever subject or composition they’d like. After the meeting is over, they go home and continue creating works that fit that month’s theme.

We provide them with the necessary resources, materials, and information to explore the art world, developing their own art style in the process.

We aim to help the students explore new possible career paths, as well as provide a safe way to express themselves and communicate.
